The Heathers - Wintergreen specializes in Alzheimer's, dementia, stroke rehab or post-hospitalization for the medically fragile resident. Each room is uniquely decorated in country English cottage furniture and designer bedding. Our food is superb and we provide special diets as needed. Daily walks to the park nearby and close to shopping and restaurants.

This facility is air conditioned for your comfort and has security alarms, video camera and gates for safety. Just a hop off the 405 and Harbor Blvd. in the beautiful Mesa Verde Country Club area.
